Job Summary
The Compliance Associate will perform administrative duties related to the production and distribution of Certified Payroll reporting. The Compliance Associate will assist with other assignments as deemed necessary by the Contracts & Compliance Department Manager and Compliance Supervisor.
- Create reports, analyze, and interpret data related to prevailing wages and fringe benefits on federal and state funded projects.
- Perform data entry duties to report prevailing wages and fringe benefit information to the proper state agencies and US Department of Labor.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with all staff members.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 Years’ experience as a Contract Associate/ Administrator or relevant administrative experience.
- Technical and innovative Skills.
- Overall knowledge of MS Office
Days /Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
